JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Jeremiah E. Hamilton, 35, 723 August St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on a show-cause order.

* James E. Bissel Jr., 41, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant.

* Missey B. Hunter, 18 of Bonne Terre, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of speeding.

* Shawn L. Dobbs, 37, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to maintain insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Sebastian C. Winkler, 22, 1207 E. Main St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.

* Joshua M. McIntyre, 25, 1589 Bel Air Drive, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon and domestic assault.

Summonses

* Joshua A. Sullivan, 35, 1225 Brandom St., Apt. 5, was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.

* Bernita J. Shrum, 63, of Oak Ridge was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Sean M. Labrot, 23, 406 East Lane, Apt. 3, was issued a summons for affray.

* Tucker G. Koenig, 27, 426 East Lane, Apt. 2, was issued a summons for affray.

* Ronald G. Hamm, 39, of Patton, Mo., was issued a summons for no operator status and speed.

* Devon M. Stone, 20, 916 E. Jefferson St., was issued a summons for stop-sign violation.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 100 block of Hannah Street.

* Theft was reported in the 4700 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 400 block of Howard Street.

* Theft was reported in the 1399 block of Apache Avenue.

Assault

* Assault was reported in the 1500 block of Old Cape Road.
