Giovanni L. Anderson, 22, of 150 S. Lorimier, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear in court for driving while revoked.Summons

Stephanie M. Long, 26, was issued a summons Monday on suspicion of a leash-law violation.

Thefts A DVD player, a subwoofer, speakers, a Nintendo Playstation and a remote control were reported stolen Monday at 1803 N. West End Blvd.

Stationery, jewelry, a picture frame and miscellaneous items were reported stolen Monday by Dollar General at 724 Broadway. Michelle L. Welty, 33, of 624 Ann, Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Cigarettes were reported stolen Monday by Rhodes 101 at 407 Morgan Oak.

Speakers, wheels and tires, TV screens, DVDs and a television were reported stolen Monday at 525 N. Sprigg.

Miscellaneous

A bronze 1989 Ford Escort was towed Monday from Meadowbrook and Larry.

A girl's purple bicycle was reported found Monday at 711 N. Clark.

A cell phone was reported stolen Monday in the 2900 block of Main Street.

A report of shoplifting was made Tuesday in the 300 block of Jackson Boulevard.Miscellaneous

A report of a suspicous person was made Monday in the 700 block of Corrine.

A report of a tobacco product being made to underage minors in the 300 block of Jackson Boulevard was made Monday.
