The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrest
* Bobby Jackman, 46, 200 Grandview Drive, was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault and felonious restraint.
* A theft was reported in the 200 block of South Union Avenue.
* An assault was reported in the 600 block of East Jefferson Avenue.
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 700 block of Olive Street.
The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Joshua W. Bushe, 24, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Timothy S. Hopper, 40, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Clark A. Bollinger, 43, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Daymond R. Rouggly, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
* Samanta R. Farrow, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.
* Jaeson A. Reddin, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle without a license.
* Manzur A. Mazumder, 41, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for fraud.
* Mark T. Parsons, 46, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault on a law enforcement officer.
* Lorenzo Tate Jr., 46, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of a controlled substance and resisting a lawful stop.
* Michael E. Green, 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault, unlawful use of a weapon, felonious restraint, on two Cape Girardeau warrants for nonsupport and probation violation and on a Cape Girardeau warrant for prohibited acts.
