The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Leah E. Wiggs, 30, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Dent County warrant for speeding. She also received a summons for driving with a suspended license and parking where prohibited.

* Lindsey R. Moore, 17, 724 E. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of affray.

* Christina J. Benevente, 17, 493 E. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of affray.

* Steven R. Hanks,40, 904 Old Cape Road, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Jason A. Clark, 29, 119 N. Union Ave., was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.

* Orlando J. Hogan, 20, 2110 Bainbridge Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

* Gavin E. Keller, 18, of Marble Hill, Mo., received a summons for defective equipment.

* Terry R. Conklin, 51, 619 S. Colorado St., received a summons for a peace disturbance and affray.

* Michael D. Shortland, 29, 611 S. Colorado St., received a summons for a peace disturbance and affray.

Theft

* A theft was reported in the 2800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 3300 block of Bent Creek Drive.
