The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Douglas W. Patrick, 22, of Marble Mill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.

Arrests

* David D. House, 51, of Farmington, Mo., was arrested on a St. Francois County warrant for failure to appear on two charges of passing bad checks.

* Curtis L. Kimbel, 21, 506 Harrison St., was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

* Brandon L. Doran, age not given, of Gordonville was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 400 block of Morgan Street.

* A theft was reported in the 800 block of Glen Court.

* A theft was reported in the 600 block of North Farmington Road.

* A theft was reported in the 500 block of North Union Avenue.

* A theft was reported in the 1300 block of North Farmington Road.

* A theft was reported in the 700 block of Oak Street.

* A theft was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

* A theft was reported in the 1300 block of North Farmington Road.

* A theft was reported in the 600 block of Greensferry Road.

* A theft was reported in the 400 block of Morgan Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of North Maryland Street.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported in the 800 block of August Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 2100 block of Bainbridge Road.
