The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Assault

* Assault was reported in the 500 block of Oak Hill Road.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* A theft was reported in the 100 block of Morgan Street.

Miscellaneous

* A report of fraud was made in the 100 block of Sunset Lane.

* A report of a domestic dispute in the 100 block of South Farmington Road.

* A report of a peace disturbance in the 200 block of Morgan Street.

* A report of a peace disturbance in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

* Disorderly conduct was reported in the 500 block of West Main Street.

Fire

Firefighters responded to the following calls Thursday:

* Emergency medical service on Mullberry Street.

* Emergency medical service on Odus Drive.

* Emergency medical service on East Jackson Boulevard.

Firefighters responded to the following calls Friday:

* Five still alarms on South Hope Street.

* Assist a citizen on East Jackson Boulevard.
