* Mickael Minner, 41, 2316 Garrett Lane, was arrested on suspicion of a St. Francois County warrant for failiure to appear.
* Lela V. Nalley, 33, 3034 Themis St., Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
Thefts
* Two thefts were reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
