  • Blake P. Bening, 17, 3575 Leming Lane, was arrested on suspicion of failure to comply with provision of an intermediate driver's license, possession of alcohol by a minor and being a minor visibly intoxicated.
  • April D. Cecil, 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

  • Jennifer L. Huskey, 48, of Chaffee, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
