Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Anthony A. Porchia, 24, of St. Louis was arrested for driving while intoxicated, theft, driving without a valid driver's license, making a false declaration and on two St. Louis County warrants.

* Kathleen E. Ligons, 46, of Oak Ridge was arrested for driving while intoxicated and three counts of child endangerment.

Arrests

* Victoria A. Welker, 26, of Marquand, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for disturbing the peace.

Summons

* Charles Roberson, 45, 2284 Garrett Lane, received a citation for allowing a dog to run at large.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Donald Street.

* Two peace disturbances were reported in the 1400 block of Woodland Drive.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 800 block of Cecile Drive.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 400 block of Marilyn Drive.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the area of Luetje Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 1300 block of East Main Street.

* Harassment was reported.
