Arrests
* Jarret S. Lincoln, 18, 242 Weiss Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of marijuana possession.
* Chad M. Scroggins, 20, 804 Francis Drive, was arrested on suspicion of marijuana possession.
Theft
* Theft was reported in the 600 block of East Jefferson Street.
Property damage
