POLICE

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summonses

* Kimberly J. Vails, 39, 716 Abbie Court, received a summons for disturbing the peace.

* Jason I. Vails, 24, 716 Abbie Court, received a summons for disturbing the peace and affray.

* Jessica K. Mercado, 17, 215 Cherry St., received a summons for disturbing the peace.

* Theresa M. Randol, 33, of Marble Hill, Mo., received a summons for stealing.

* Cody West, 19, 215 Cherry St., received a summons for disturbing the peace.

* Aaron Tilotson, 36, 215 Cherry St., received a summons for disturbing the peace and affray.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Burglary

* An attempted burglary was reported in the 1300 block of South Farmington Road.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 1400 block of Highland Drive.

* Property damage was reported in the 100 block of South Farmington Road.

Miscellaneous

* A custody exchange was reported in the 400 block of North Oak Hill Road.

* A custody exchange was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
