Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Scotty G. Barham, 30, 512 N. Hope St., was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants.

Summonses

* Marjorie L. Moore, 29, 512 N. Hope St., received a summons for failure to wear a seat belt and making a false police report.

* Scotty G. Barham, 30, 512 N. Hope St., received a summons for leaving the scene of an accident, failure to maintain insurance, failure to wear a seat belt and failure to yield at an intersection causing an accident.

* Joseph D. Strauser, 23, 1304 Oak St., received a summons for speeding.

* Shawn D. Stockard, 41, 502 Hidden Meadows Drive, received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to maintain insurance.

* Joan A. Thomas, 44, 913 S. Hope St., received a summons for speeding.

Burglary

* Burglary was reported in the 1600 block of Chimney Spring Court.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 1200 block of Old Cape Road.
