The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Robert A. Mancillas, 38, 184 Springhill Road, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Summons

* Salina L. Adams, 32, 177 Birch Lane, received a summons for passing bad checks.

Burglary

* Burglary was reported in the 1300 block of Boxwood Drive.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of East Lane.
