* Christopher S. Francis, 29, 708 Emma St., was arrested for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.

Arrests

* Brandon S. Arthur, 19, 806 Andrew St., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession.

* Antwon M. Beasley, 39, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of supplying alcohol to a minor.

Assault

* Assault was reported in the 1000 block of North High Street.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported in the 900 block of Old Cape Road.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 700 block of Odus Drive.

* Theft was reported in the 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 200 block of South Bellevue Street.

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of Daisy Avenue.

* Theft was reported in the 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
