The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Jordan L. Smith, 23, 166 Rochester St., was arrested on a New Madrid County, Mo., warrant.

* Tiara K. Murray, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant.

* A 16-year-old boy was referred to juvenile authorities for possession of marijuana less than 35 grams and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

* Matthew A. Meyer, 18, 1306 Rosebud Drive, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a posted stop sign.

* Austin T. Pinkerton, 17, of Millersville was issued a summons for a seat belt violation.

* Deanna D. Terrien, 42, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Lucas J. Bollinger, 28, of Sedgewickville, Mo., was issued summonses for driving while suspended, failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to maintain insurance.

* James L. Lafrentes, 45, 315 N. High St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to maintain insurance.

* Merlin W. Taber, 69, 780 Abbie Court, was issued a summons for seat belt violation.

* Debra L. Tapley, 57, of Scott City was issued a summons for seat belt violation.

* Joseph E. Fraley, 27, 725 Bois D Arc St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Dianna R. Liley, 36, of Marble Hill, Mo., was issued summonses for displaying plates of another, failure to register motor vehicle and failure to maintain insurance.

* Michael L. Jones, 43, 118 S. Hope St., was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.

* Aaron J. Sutton, 18, 247 Morning Star Lane, was issued a summons for seat belt violation.

* McKena M. Sharp, 20, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Joseph E. Cresto, 19, of Scott City was issued a summons for speeding and failure to maintain insurance.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 1500 block of Deerwood Drive.

* Property damage was reported in the 2900 block of East Main Street.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

The Jackson Fire Department responded to the following call Thursday:

* A medical assist on North Missouri Street.

The Jackson Fire Department responded to the following calls Saturday:

* A motor vehicle accident clean up on East Jackson Boulevard.

* A mutual aid/extrication on U.S. 61.
