Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Dale L. Koehler, 43, 119 Oak Drive, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault, driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle while revoked and resisting arrest.

Arrests

* Jory D. Rapps, 22, 1520 Good Hope St., Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana less than 35 grams.

* Nichole D. Holzum, 24, 503 Mansfield Place, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana less than 35 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* James J. Beck, 29, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear in court on traffic violations.

* Benny J. Benavente, 24, 403 E. Main St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court on traffic violations.

Summons

* Linda K. Lawrence, 60, 1010 North St., received a summons for allowing a dog to run at large.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported in the 500 block of East Deerwood Drive.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

* A theft was reported in the 400 block of Donald Street.

* A theft was reported in the 2600 block of East Main Street.

Property Damage

* Property damage was reported in the 1400 block of Orchard Drive.

* Property damage was reported in the 400 block of Mansfield Place.

Miscellaneous

* A court order violation was reported in the 700 block of Legion Drive.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of South Shawnee Boulevard.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 1400 block of Kimbeland Drive.

* Two separate peace disturbances were reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Fire

Jackson

Firefighters responded to the following calls Saturday.

* Emergency medical service on Shady Lane.

* Emergency medical service on South Hope Street.
