* Jennifer N. Locke, 30, 167 Oak Lane, was arrested on a Jackson warrant.
* Benny J. Benavente, 24, 403 Odus Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
Summonses
* Bryan D. Jordan, 20, of Lesterville, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
Theft
* Identity theft was reported in the 200 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
