The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Joshua W. Gills, 21, of Millersville was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle recklessly, failure to stop at a stop sign, driving with a suspended license, resisting arrest and possession of brass knuckles.

Arrests

* Tina Marlow, 54, 1927 N. Kingshighway, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court, speeding tickets, failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to show insurance.

* Brian E. Jones, 32, of Anna, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault and child endangerment.

* Nicole M. Herget, 27, 708 Rosamund St., was arrested on suspicion of child endangerment.

* Jaz T. Reynolds, 20, 630 Broadridge Drive No. F3, was arrested on a warrant for criminal contempt of court.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* A theft was reported in the 4600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 2400 block of East Main Street.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 1400 block of Woodland Drive.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 700 block of West Independence Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 2500 block of Bristol Drive.

* Trespassing was reported in the 900 block of Greensferry Road.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1700 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 700 block of Morgan Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 20 block of Bellevue Street.
