Jackson PD Sept. 3 - 5, 2014

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* An intoxicated driver was reported at East Jackson Boulevard and Gerald Street.

Arrests

* A 14-year-old male juvenile was referred to juvenile for suspicion of distribution of drugs near a school, felony possession of prescription drugs and possession of marijuana.

* A 15-year-old female juvenile was referred to juvenile for suspicion of distribution of drugs near a school, felony possession of prescription drugs and possession of marijuana.

Summonses

* Christopher L. Franklin, 28, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Colton L. Proffer, 18, of Millersville, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 400 block of Kies Avenue.

* Theft was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.

* Theft was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.

* Theft was reported in the 700 block of North Farmington Road.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 800 block of West Independence Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.

* Animal abuse was reported in the 400 block of West Main Street.

* A request was made to assist other agency at East Jackson Boulevard and Walton Drive.

* A request was made to speak to an officer in the 100 block of South Bellevue Street.

* A court order violation was reported in the 2400 block of Travelers Way.

* A request was made to assist another agency at West Jackson and South Farmington Road.
