DWI

* An intoxicated driver was reported at East Jackson Boulevard and Gerald Street.

Arrests

* A 14-year-old male juvenile was referred to juvenile for suspicion of distribution of drugs near a school, felony possession of prescription drugs and possession of marijuana.

* A 15-year-old female juvenile was referred to juvenile for suspicion of distribution of drugs near a school, felony possession of prescription drugs and possession of marijuana.

Summonses

* Christopher L. Franklin, 28, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Colton L. Proffer, 18, of Millersville, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 400 block of Kies Avenue.
