Arrest

* Michael A. Stearns, 22, 624 Louis St., Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 700 block of Greensferry Road.

Miscellaneous

* Fraud was reported in the 500 block of North Georgia Street.
