Firefighters responded to the following calls Friday:

* At 5:14 p.m., emergency medical service in the 1800 block of Lakeshore Drive.

* At 8:06 p.m., alarm sounding at 1025 N. Sprigg St.

* At 8:25 p.m., a motor vehicle accident at 1000 N. Sprigg St.

* At 8:52 p.m., a emergency medical service in the 1000 block of Independence Street.

* At 9:09 p.m., a gas leak at 418 S. Sprigg St.

Firefighters responded to the following calls Saturday:

* At 12:28 a.m., emergency medical service in the 2400 block of Veteran's Memorial Drive.

* At 8:20 a.m., emergency medical service in the 1000 block of Linden Street.
