* At 9:26 p.m., mutual aid for the Oak Ridge Fire Department.

* At 10:52 p.m., emergency medical service in the 1400 block of Independence Street.

Firefighters responded to the following calls Wednesday:

* At 12:12 a.m., emergency medical service in the 1800 block of Recardo Drive.

* At 4:45 a.m., an illegal burn at 233 N. Middle St.

* At 6:03 a.m., an alarm sounding at 1213 Sailor Circle.

* At 6:43 a.m., emergency medical service in the 700 block of William Street.

* At 8:21 a.m., emergency medical service in the 2100 block of William Street.

* At 9:54 a.m., an alarm call at 1829 Meyer Drive.

* At 2:28 p.m., resident assistance in the 1400 block of Themis Street.
