Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls.

Aug. 1

• Medical assists were made at 2:01 p.m. at Amblewood and Parkmore drives and 5:33 p.m. on Montgomery Street.
• Hazardous condition calls were made at 5:04 a.m. on Lacey Street and 6:46 p.m. on South Ranney Avenue.
• At 9:06 a.m., fire alarm on South Mount Auburn Road.
• At 10:34 a.m., fire alarm on Towers Circle.
• At 3:51 p.m., vehicle fire at William Street and Interstate 55.
