* At 7:07 p.m., an alarm sounding in the 2800 block of Bloomfield Road.

* At 7:46 p.m., a citizen assist in the 300 block of North Sprigg Street.

* At 8:50 p.m., a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 55.

* At 10:26 p.m., emergency medical service in the 300 block of William Street.

* At 11:29 p.m., emergency medical service in the 300 block of Bellevue Street.

Firefighters responded to the following calls Friday:

* At 3:49 a.m., emergency medical service in the 1300 block of Brenda Kay Court.

* At 5 a.m., a boat rescue on the Mississippi River.

* At 12:15 p.m., emergency medical service in the 3100 block of Independence Street.

* At 1:10 p.m., emergency medical service in the 800 block of Kingshighway.
