Firefighters responded to the following calls Friday:

• At 7:21 p.m., emergency medical service in the 400 block of Frederick Street.
• At 7:36 p.m., citizen assist in the 1100 block of Linden Street.
• At 9:55 p.m., an apparent fire in the 300 block of South Spanish Street.
• At 11:18 p.m., emergency medical service in the unit block of South Plaza Way.

Firefighters responded to the following calls Saturday:

• At 2:48 a.m., emergency medical service in the 500 block of Woodbine Place.
• At 3:15 a.m., emergency medical service in the 400 block of North Kingshighway.
• At 8:45 a.m., emergency medical service in the 200 block of Independence Street.
• At 10:51 a.m., emergency medical service in the 600 block of Jefferson Avenue.
• At 11:02 a.m., emergency medical service in the 2800 block of Bloomfield Road.
• At 11:55 a.m., emergency medical service at Independence Street and West End Boulevard.
• At 4:19 p.m., emergency medical service in the 600 block of South West End Boulevard.
