The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls.

May 5

• Medical assists were made at 2:09 a.m. on Greenway Drive; 11:25 a.m. on North Fountain Street; and 11:42 a.m. on North Spanish Street.
• At 7:20 a.m., lift assist on South Spring Avenue.
• At 8:30 a.m., lift assist on Linden Street.
• At 10:51 a.m., lift assist on North Frederick Street.

May 6

• Medical assists were made at 2:50 a.m. on North Kingshighway; 8:48 a.m., on Sycamore Circle; 9:34 a.m. at Shawnee Parkway and South Fountain Street; 10:53 a.m. on Pear Tree Court; 4:06 p.m. on South West End Boulevard; and 11:36 p.m. on South Broadview Street.
• At 11:46 p.m., fire alarm on Independence Street.
