The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls Thursday:

• At 2:29 p.m., emergency medical service in the unit block of South Lorimier Street.
• At 2:39 p.m., vehicle fire at the corner of North Kingshighway and Interstate 55.
• At 7:10 p.m., emergency medical service in the 600 block of Mechaw Street.
• At 7:37 p.m., emergency medical service in the unit block of South Sprigg Street.
• At 10:21 p.m., alarm sounding at 4614 Nash Road.
• At 10:42 p.m., emergency medical service in the 2800 block of Whitener Street.

The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls Friday:

• At 1:54 a.m., an electrical problem at 830 Jefferson St.
• At 3:55 a.m., an alarm sounding at 3259 William St.
• At 5:26 a.m., emergency medical service in the 600 block of South Spring Avenue.
• At 8:39 a.m., medical assistance in the 200 block of South Mount Auburn Road.
• At 8:43 a.m., medical assistance in the 1200 block of Linden Street.
• At 9:31 a.m., medical assistance in the 1500 block of Dunklin Street.
• At 10:17 a.m., medical assistance in the 2800 block of Cape La Croix Road.
• At 11:00 a.m., medical assistance in the 1400 block of Mount Auburn Road.
• At 12:00 p.m., grass fire at 300 Boutin Drive.
