• At 4:16 p.m., a car fire on South Fountain Street.
• At 5:43 p.m., a motor vehicle accident at North Sprigg and Watkins streets.
• At 5:59 p.m., emergency medical service in the 300 block of North Sprigg Street.
• At 8:58 p.m., emergency medical service in the 3000 block of Mimosa Street.
• At 9:17 p.m., an alarm at Towers Circle.
• At 10:33 p.m., an alarm at 321 Dearmont Circle.
• At 10:50 p.m., emergency medical service at Aspen Drive and Woodbine Street.

Firefighters responded to the following calls Saturday:

• At 1:14 a.m., emergency medical service at Broadway and North Main Street.
• At 9:50 a.m., a kitchen fire in the 700 block of William Street.
• At 11:07 a.m., an odor investigation in the 1400 block of North Kingshighway.
• At 2:11 p.m., a basement fire in the 700 block of South Benton Street.
• At 2:32 p.m., emergency medical service in the 600 block of Terry Lane.
• At 2:50 p.m., emergency medical service in the 400 block of Bellevue Street.
• At 3:37 p.m., smoke in a building in the 200 block of Franks Lane.
