The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls:

Saturday

• Medical assists were made at 9:44 a.m. on North Main Street, 2:03 p.m. on William Street, 6:13 p.m. on South Hanover Street and 9:57 p.m. on Perry Avenue.
• At 2:02 a.m., motor vehicle accident with no injuries on Broadway.
• At 5:26 p.m., unit dispatched and canceled en route to William Street.
• At 7:55 p.m., alarm-system sounded on North Pacific Street.

Sunday

• Medical assists were made at 12:33 a.m. on South Ellis Street, 2:55 a.m. on North Main Street, 8:35 a.m. on Whitener Street and 8:16 p.m. on North Sprigg Street.
• At 7:28 a.m., smoke detector activation, no fire on Bloomfield Road.
• At 3:01 p.m., good-intent call on Broadway.
