* At 5:01 p.m., a false call to the Bill Emerson Memorial Bridge.

* At 5:22 p.m., emergency medical service in the 400 block of North Frederick Street.

* At 9:10 p.m., emergency medical service in the 1300 block of North Sprigg Street.

* At 11:09 p.m., a report of smoke in the 2800 block of Bloomfield Road.

Firefighters responded to the following calls on Saturday:

* At 2:43 a.m., emergency medical service in the 300 block of North Sprigg Street.

* At 3:44 a.m., emergency medical service on East Rodney Drive.

* At 8:07 a.m., extrication for an accident on the Emerson Bridge.

* At 9:30 a.m., fire alarm at 630 North St.
