Firefighters responded to the following calls Friday: At 3 p.m., a motor vehicle accident and emergency medical assistance at Broadway and North Frederick.

At 4:44 p.m., smoke in building at North Henderson and Normal.

At 6:06 p.m., a motor vehicle accident and emergency medical service at Route K and Interstate 55.

At 7:33 p.m., an illegal burn at North Main and Park Drive.

Firefighters responded to the following calls Saturday:

At 1:08 a.m., an emergency medical service at 201 N. West End Blvd.

At 1:21 a.m., a vehicle accident and an emergency medical service

At 4 a.m., an emergency medical service at towers south.

At 4:17 a.m., an emergency medical service at 2115 William.

At 5:53 a.m., an emergency medical service at 40 S. Sprigg.

At 6:23 a.m., a lift assist at 201 N. West End.

At 6:46 a.m., an emergency medical service at 1510 Jefferson.

At 10:04 a.m., a medical assist at 1683 Perryville.

At 10:28 a.m., an extrication at Highway 61 and Route E.

At 11:29 a.m., a medical assist at 909 Hackberry.
