Daniel Gordon Neumann, 40, of 3888 Nash Road, was issued a summons Sunday for peace disturbance.

Neil Richard Urhahn, 22, of 253 B St., and Allison Van Brooks Jr., 19, of 3020 Boutin Drive, Lot 154, were issued summons Sunday for creating a public disturbance by fighting in public at 3020 Boutin Drive.

A 15-year-old boy was issued a summons Sunday for being a minor in possession.
