The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Jody A. Omohundro, 38, of 312 N. High, Jackson, was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to signal.

Arrests Jonathan Ayers, 20, of 1227 College, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on a Missouri warrant for probation violation.

LaTonya L. McIntyre, 24, of 207 E. Jackson, Hayti, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Pemiscot County warrant for failure to appear.

Trevor J. Todt, 18, of 1890 State Highway PP, Jackson, was arrested Monday on a Perry County warrant for probation violation.

Nathan J. Eisenbeis, 23, of 119 N. Park, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Thefts A bench was reported stolen Monday at 901 N. Fountain.

Tools were reported stolen Monday at 237 Country Club.
