Cape police reports 8/21/06

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Dustin Cattoor, 26, of 806 Hunze Drive, was issued a summons for suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to signal.

Arrests

* Ronald G. Elbert, 26, of 218 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a warrant for property damage.

* Odell Brown, 34, of Route 1 Box 45 in Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for an original charge for violating a steady signal.

Summonses

* Amy Stoffregen, no age reported, of 636 Charles St., was issued a summons for violating a leash law.

* Tracy Medlev, no age reported, of 1915 Good Hope St., was issued a summons for violating a leash law, failure to show proof of inoculation and no city animal license.

* Matthew Skeens, no age reported, of 507 Sycamore Dr. in Harrisonville, Ky., was issued a summons for minor in possession of alcohol and false declaration.

* Molly Jarrell, 18, of 1521 West Business U.S. 60 in Dexter, Mo., was issued a summons for minor in possession of alcohol.

* Sarah Elfrink, 19, of 11447 Bay Hills Drive in Dexter, Mo., was issued a summons for minor in possession of alcohol.

* Craig Valentine, 24, of 226 N. Ellis St., was issued a summons for a disorderly house.

* Jefferey T. Pike, 22, of 4618 Weber Terrace Court in St. Louis, was issued a summons for a disorderly house.

Assault

* Assault was reported at 3419 William St.

Theft

* Theft was reported at 1101 Bloomfield Road.

* Theft was reported at 1742 Northbridge Drive.

* Subjects are in custody pending the filing of formal charges for stealing clothing valued at $123.96 from J.C. Penney, 200 West Park Mall.

* Gasoline was reported stolen from Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive.

* A subject is in custody pending the filing of formal charges for stealing a purse.

* Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway.

* A purse was reported stolen at 1354 N. Mount Auburn Road.

* Burglary and property damage was reported at 402 Fort St.

* A broken window and the unlawful use of a weapon was reported at Southeast Missouri Hospital, 1723 Broadway.

* A door frame was reported damaged at 1340 W. Cape Rock Drive.

* Vending machines were reported damaged at 205 Caruthers St.

* A vehicle window was reported damaged at 1354 N. Mount Auburn Road.

Miscellaneous

* A purse and its contents were recovered at the intersection of Themis and Middle streets.

* Phone harassment was reported at 25 S. Sprigg St.

* Stalking was reported.

* Endangering the welfare of a child was reported at Arena Park.

* Littering was reported at Benning Mazda, 460 Siemers Drive.

* Property was found at 1020 Parkway Drive.

* A Next bicycle was recovered at 1200 Cousin St.
