Arrests

* Ronald G. Elbert, 26, of 218 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a warrant for property damage.

* Odell Brown, 34, of Route 1 Box 45 in Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for an original charge for violating a steady signal.

Summonses

* Amy Stoffregen, no age reported, of 636 Charles St., was issued a summons for violating a leash law.

* Tracy Medlev, no age reported, of 1915 Good Hope St., was issued a summons for violating a leash law, failure to show proof of inoculation and no city animal license.

* Matthew Skeens, no age reported, of 507 Sycamore Dr. in Harrisonville, Ky., was issued a summons for minor in possession of alcohol and false declaration.

* Molly Jarrell, 18, of 1521 West Business U.S. 60 in Dexter, Mo., was issued a summons for minor in possession of alcohol.

* Sarah Elfrink, 19, of 11447 Bay Hills Drive in Dexter, Mo., was issued a summons for minor in possession of alcohol.

* Craig Valentine, 24, of 226 N. Ellis St., was issued a summons for a disorderly house.

* Jefferey T. Pike, 22, of 4618 Weber Terrace Court in St. Louis, was issued a summons for a disorderly house.
