Cape Girardeau
The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Melissa A. Winchester, 34, of East Prairie, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, endangering the welfare of a child and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
Arrests
* David R. Oliver, 40, of 316 Independence St., was arrested on suspicion of tampering with evidence, no license plate illumination and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Megan R. Murphy, 21, of 943 Bellevue St., was arrested on suspicion of hindering prosecution.
* Richard J. McIntyre, 23, of 429 Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of tampering.
* Brandon L. Thornberry, 25, of Bertrand, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked and on a New Madrid County warrant for fraud/insufficient funds.
Assaults
* An assault and unlawful use of a weapon were reported at Good Hope and Pacific streets. Tiffany N. Wilkins, 25, of 824 Good Hope St., was arrested in connection to the complaint.
* A domestic assault and resisting arrest was reported at 230 East Cape Rock Drive. Michael D. Revelle Jr., 23, of 230 East Cape Rock Drive, was arrested in connection to the complaint.
* Two incidents of domestic assault were reported.
* An assault was reported. A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.
* A domestic assault was reported at 1024 William St. Robert K. Scott, 42, of 1024 William St., was arrested in connection with the complaint.
Thefts
* A radio, camera, extension cord, phone charger, headset and CDs were reported stolen at 509 Bellevue St.
* A theft was reported at 213 S. Kingshighway. Charles E. Clark, 24, of Whitewater, was arrested in connection with the complaint.
* A theft was reported at 200 West Park Mall. Misty D. Brawner, 20, of East Prairie, was arrested in connection with the complaint.
* A CD player and cash were reported stolen on Watkins Drive.
* Breakaways, 15 N. Main St., reported the theft of a tip jar. Cedric J. Lucious, 17, of 1020 N. West End Blvd., was arrested in connection with the complaint.
* Cape Tractor Supply, 501 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of a go-cart.
Miscellaneous
* Sexual abuse was reported.
