The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Amy D. Thompson, 32, of 119 S. Hope St. in Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and crack.

* Katherine M. Kronmueller, 22, of 421 Sheridan Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Natalie K. Banister, 21, of 406 Sheridan Drive, was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

* Melissa R. Bonta, 29, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for seat belt violation.

Summonses

* John M. Albart, 20, of 827 Jefferson Ave., received a summons for possession of liquor by a minor.

* Cynthia C. Hasteen, 46, of 1210 Perryville Road, received a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Assault

* Assault and armed criminal action were reported.

Thefts

* A theft was reported at 100 West Park Mall. Melinda C. Larkins, 44, of East Prairie, Mo., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* A utility trailer was reported stolen at 905 Enterprise St.

* Burch Food Services, 1507 Independence St., reported the theft of cash and a damaged door.

* Bricks were reported stolen at 632 Broadway.

* An amplifier was reported stolen at 2815 S. Sprigg St.

* Hucks, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of alcohol.

* A trampoline was reported stolen at 1107 Merriweather St. A 6-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court in connection with the theft.

* A wallet was reported stolen and a window damaged at 1601 Good Hope St.

* A robbery was reported. One person was in custody in connection with the complaint pending filing of formal charges.

Property damage

* A vehicle window was reported broken at 2808 Themis St.

* A door frame was reported damaged at 921 Hackberry St.

Miscellaneous

* Two incidents of child abuse were reported.

* Wood and Huston Bank, 111 S. Broadview St., reported three incidents of fraudulent use of a credit/debit device.
