The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Tina G. Bickings, 41, of 1922 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear for traffic violation.
* Daniel J. Reynolds, 35, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for suspended operator's license, a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for criminal non support, and a Gasconade County warrant for failure to appear for criminal nonsupport.
* Joshua P. Guyton, 23, of Caruthersville, Mo., was arrested on a Pemiscot County warrant for nonsupport.
* Charles E. Clark, 24, of Whitewater, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence.
* Michael A. Dilley, 30, of 17 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
* Tiffany L. Parmer, 19, of 957 W. Independence St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
Summonses
* Trent D. Williams, 17, of 135 S. Henderson Ave., received a summons for walking in the street when sidewalks are provided.
* Sabrina R. Irving, 17, of 428 Green Acres Drive, received a summons for walking in the street when sidewalks are provided.
* John L. Lockridge, 17, of 814 Morgan Oak St., received a summons for walking in the street when sidewalks are provided.
* Ceola A. Lucas, 15, of 520 Morgan Oak St., received a summons for walking in the street when sidewalks are provided.
* Keitree D. Shannon, 17, of 630 N. Fountain St., received a summons for walking in the street when sidewalks are provided.
Assaults
* Two assaults were reported.
Thefts
* A Missouri trailer license plate was reported stolen at 444 Marie St.
* A robbery was reported at 500 Morgan Oak St.
* A stereo was reported stolen at 3049 William St.
* Best Buy, 3026 William St., reported the theft of cash.
* An air rifle was reported stolen at 1835 Herman St.
Property damage
* A mailbox was reported damaged at 2532 Tulip Lane.
Miscellaneous
* Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.
* A dog bite was reported.
