The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges on child endangerment.

* A subject was taken into custody, pending formal charges on no valid driver's license and possession of meth.

Summonses

* Martin A. Trinidad, 20, of 125 Pindwood Lane, was issued a summons for driving while suspended and driving without insurance.

Assaults

* Domestic assault and property damage were reported.

* Assault was reported.

* A subject is in custody on suspicion of domestic assault and tampering.

* Assault was reported at 20 N. Benton St. Sharron R. Ross, 17, of Sikeston, Mo., and Casey N. Beal, 20, of 2427 Windy Hill Lane, were arrested in connection with the complaint.

Thefts

* A 1996 blue Chevrolet Lumina was reported stolen at 45 S. West End Blvd.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 449 Jefferson Ave.

* A cassette recorder, microphone with stand, AC adapter and Christmas tree were reported stolen at 2852 Independence St.

* Videotapes and a PlayStation game were reported stolen at 3439 William St.

* Enterprise, 2008 N. Kingshighway, reported a 2005 black Nissan Altima stolen.

* U Kwick Stop, 1700 Broadway, reported four incidents of forgery.

Property damage

* Scratches on a vehicle were reported at 1838 Broadway.

* A vehicle was reported keyed at 3029 Mimosa Drive, Apt. 4.

Miscellaneous

* Violation of an order of protection was reported.

* Harassment was reported.

* A 31-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* A 43-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 58-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
