Cape police reports 10/26/06

Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Brian A. Mueller, 23, of 1557 Price Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Arrest

* Keiven S. Cole, 21, of 313 N. Fountain St., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

Summons

* Tiffany G. Butler, 24, of 601 North St., received a summons for possession of a controlled substance.

Assault

* An assault and resisting arrest were reported. A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.

Thefts

* J.C. Penney reported a theft. Sonya M. Kimmins, 22, of Cairo, Ill., received a summons in connection with the complaint.

* Jaspers, 407 Morgan Oak St., reported the theft of gasoline.

* Kidd's II, 725 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.

Burglaries

* A burglary, pried door and theft of money were reported at 224 Independence St.

* A burglary, damaged door and theft of clothing were reported at 1927 N. Kingshighway.

Property damage

* Windows were reported broken at 221 N. Fountain St.

* A windshield was reported broken at 418 Themis St.
