Cape Girardeau
The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Misty R. Edmonds, 28, of 1353 Amblewood Drive, was arrested for driving while revoked.
* Samuel I. King, 18, of 1114 W. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
* Raymond C. Jackson Sr., 29, of 1424 William St., was arrested on a Boone County warrant for child neglect.
* Wayne K. Corida, 49, of 3005 Themis St., was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, and three counts of possession of a controlled substance.
* Michael E. Strop, 43, of Sedgewickville, Mo., was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Andre M. Myers, of 25, of Killeen, Texas, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
* Robert E. Welch, 36, of St. Louis, Mo., was arrested for possession of anhydrous ammonia.
Summonses
* John T. Critchlow, 58, of 2111 Woodhaven Road, received a summons for maintaining a nuisance.
* Jermone Merriweather, 47, of 522 S. Ellis St., received a summons for a dog at large.
* Carla Westbrook, 35, of 522 S. Ellis St., received a summons for animal neglect.
Assaults
* An assault was reported at Kingshighway and Kingsway Drive. Richard B. Jenkins, 26, of 1331 Margaret St., was arrested in connection to the complaint.
* An 8-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for attempted assault and possession of prohibited weapons.
* An assault was reported.
Thefts
* The theft of perfume was reported at J.C. Penney, 200 W. Park Mall. Amber N. Kennedy, 18, of Thebes, Ill., was arrested in connection to the complaint.
* A boy's yellow bicycle was reported stolen.
* Ford Groves, 1501 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of a tailgate and bed extender.
* Ford's Custom Bikes, 2109 Boulder Crest Drive, reported the theft of chrome pullback risers.
Burglary
* A burglary was reported in the 300 block of South Pacific Street. Eugene J. Scarborough, 19, of 911 S. Pacific St., was arrested in connection to the complaint.
Miscellaneous
* Sexual misconduct was reported.
* Two forgeries were reported.
