ArrestsCharles Daniel Demolle, 17, was arrested for stealing Wednesday at 3439 William St.

Jimmy Eugene Yarbro, 19, of 803 Independence was arrested for trespassing Thursday in the 400 block of Frederick Street.

Robin Regina Sides, 23, of 114 S. Ellis St. was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of property damage and harassment.

Kelly Reed Church, 27, of 507 Cape Meadows, Apt. 6, was arrested Thursday for traffic violations and making a false declaration.

William Joseph Sample, 26, of 601 Kies Ave., Jackson, Mo., was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation. Sample also was issued a summons for fleeing a lawful detention.

Jason D. Wise, 27, of 186 Aloe Lane, Jackson, was arrested Thursday for driving while revoked, failure to wear seat belt, no insurance and failure to register motor vehicle.

Elmer Lee Sides, 27, of 1715 Huntington was arrested Thursday for possession of a controlled substance.

SummonsKevin Leon Kinder, 42, of 539 Asher St. was issued a summons Thursday for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while revoked.

TheftA boat, welder and tools were reported stolen Thursday at 35 S. Park St.

A Mercury Grand Marquis was reported stolen Friday at 709 Albert.

Dishes were reported stolen Friday at 1310 W. Cape Rock Drive.
