DWIs

* Samia J. Carter, 22, of 312 W. Lorimier St. was issued a summons for suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to use a turn signal.

* Joshua T. Patterson, 20, of 6656 Highway D in Oak Ridge was issued a summons for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Leandra R. Rigney, 19, of 1408 Lexington Ave. in Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant.

* A juvenile male was arrested for stealing at 724 Broadway.

* Drew Jay Dobbs, 19, of Kirkwood, Mo., was arrested in Sunset Hills, Mo. on a Cape Girardeau Police Department warrant.

* Elcosier Braselman Kittrel, 43, of 507 S. Ellis St., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear in court.

Summonses

* Kenneth T. Harris, 25, of 1219 Ranney Ave., was issued a summons for prohibited acts/noise violation.

* Eric J. Brookmeyer, 26, of 2851 Whitener St., was issued a summons for prohibited acts.

* Wesley C. Steele, 23, of 214 Forrester Drive was issued a summons for prohibited acts.

Theft

* A purse was reported stolen from 33 S. Ellis St.

* Jewelry was reported stolen at 1331 Westhill Drive.

* Jewelry was reported stolen from Famous Barr at 100 West Park Mall. A juvenile male was taken into custody in conjunction with the incident and referred to juvenile court.

* A purse was reported stolen at 3439 William St.

* Stealing was reported at Kohl's at 315 Shirley Drive. A male was taken into custody pending formal charges in conjunction with the theft.

* Medication was reported stolen from 3253 William St.

* Stealing was reported at Holiday Inn Express. A subject was taken into custody pending filing of formal charges.

* An amplifier was reported stolen from 24 Village Drive.

* A black notebook was reported stolen from 430 N. Frederick St.

Property Damage

* A windshield was reported broken and money stolen from 45 S. West End Blvd.

* Vehicle paint damage was reported in the 400 block of Sheridan Drive.

* Windows were reported broken and tires damaged at 319 Park Drive.

* A vehicle was reported to be spray painted at 635 S. Sprigg St.

Miscellaneous

* Statutory sodomy was reported at 930 S. Ellis St.

* A nuisance animal was reported at 1534 Parksite Drive.

* Arson was reported at 134 W. Park Mall.

* Interference with custody was reported at 1925 Broadway.

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported at the intersection of Frederick and Jefferson streets.

* Interference with custody was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.

* Domestic assault and endangering the welfare of a child were reported at 1505 Stoddard St.
