DWIs

* Timothy C. Stewart, 43, of 1413 William St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, endangering the welfare of a child, driving while suspended, failure to drive within lane and failure to show proof of insurance.

* Clayton L. Cox, 48, of Bellvue, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, assaulting a law enforcement officer and impeding the flow of traffic.

Arrests

* Kyle W. Hente, 20, of 1805 Grandview Drive, was arrested on suspicion of minor in possession by consumption and prohibited use of a license.

* Brian W. Biri, 26, of 510 N. Fountain St., Apt. 6, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* John A. Beaman, 23, of 1727 Westridge Drive, was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest.

* Steven M. Johnson, 26, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for seat belt violation and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for no valid operator's license.

* Catina L. White, 27, of 46 N. Henderson Ave., Apt 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for suspended operator's license.

* Charles D. DeMolle, 20, of 822 Good Hope St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for stealing and property damage, and was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.

* Tracy J. Smith, 39, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for revoked operators license, failure to pay fine and cost for failure to appear for revoked operators license, and for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for possession of a controlled substance.

* Daniel L. Roy, 26, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for probation violation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Travon Lamark Moore, 27, of 45 N. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for distribution of dangerous drugs and on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation for non-support.

* James Antwon Cooper Jr., 49, of 1008 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Burglaries

* Burglary was reported at 121 E. Rodney Drive.

* Burglary was reported and cash and knives stolen at 2500 Melrose Ave.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 1537 Whitener St.

* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported CDs and cosmetics stolen. Jerrica L. Okelly, 17, of Whitewater, Mo., and Kourtney R. Ramsey, 18, of 409 N. Shawnee Blvd., Jackson, were arrested in connection with the complaint.

* D-Mart, 3276 William St., reported gasoline stolen.

* A trailer was reported stolen at 2342 Rusmar St.

* A mailbox was reported stolen at 1733 N. Old Sprigg Street Road.

Property Damage

* Jaspers Convenience Store, 407 Morgan Oak St., reported a padlock damaged.

* A vehicle mirror was reported broken at 421 N. Frederick St.

* A window was reported broken at 1119 Ranney St.

* A vehicle window was reported broken at Bertling and Sprigg streets.

* Tires were reported damaged at 12 N. Pindwood Lane.

* Forgery was reported at 111 S. Broadview St.

* A 42-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 3440 Lowes Drive.

* A 13-year-old male was reported as runaway and was later located.

* A 13-year-old male was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of being beyond parental control.

* A 26-year-old man was reported missing.

* A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges for possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while revoked and failure to show proof of insurance.

* A 15-year-old male was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Southeast Missouri State University

The following items were released by the Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summons

* Billy Joe Gilliland III., 20, of Sikeston, Mo., and Matthew Nicholas Huber, 21, of Jackson, were issued summonses for supplying alcohol to a minor and minor in possession of intoxicants.
