The following items were released Wednesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
Brad Lee Wickers, 26, 801 Route T, Lot B2, Jefferson City, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of property damage and possession of a controlled substance.
Jeramey Keith Brown, 25, 305 N. Frye, Pittsburgh, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
Miguel DeLeon Phillips, 36, 906 S. Pacific St., was arrested on city warrants for failure to appear for stealing and failure to appear for a parking ticket.
Melissa Nickole Robinson, 20, 554 WoodbinePlace, was arrested on a Scott City warrant for probation violation and failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.
Robert Lee Hall, 29, 1102 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.
Sylvester Williams, 19, 25 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Buchanan County warrant for failure to appear.
Summonses
Nancy M. Weibreht, 9422 N. Highway 61, St. Mary, Mo., was issued a summons for following too closely
Wendy Leigh Lamont, 40, 2027 Woodlawn Ave., was issued a summons for a leash law violation.
Darrin L. Rhodes, 134 D St., was issued a summons for failure to show proof of insurance and failure to yield.
Shawn E. Conway, 1607 Good Hope St., was issued a summons for failure to stop for a red light.
Thefts
A cell phone was reported stolen from the 1100 block of North Fountain Street.
A cell phone was reported stolen from 1022 S. Pacific St.
A flashlight belonging to the city was stolen from 1 Arena Drive.
Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd.
A purse and its contents were reported stolen from 3039 William St.
Gasoline was reported stolen from BP D-Mart, 3276 William St.
A wallet and its contents were reported stolen from 2852 Independence St.
Property Damage
A door glass was reported broken at 2021 Independence St.
Miscellaneous
A cell phone was reported lost in Capaha Park.
A 14-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for resisting arrest and assault on a police officer.
Two girls, age 12 and 14, were cited into juvenile court for peace disturbance.
A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for assault.
A Missouri license plate, 607 MJ1, was reported lost somewhere in the city.
A Missouri license plate, 068-RYN, was reported lost at 107 Independence St.
