The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Timothy D. Green, 46, 5285 Route W in Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane of traffic.
  • William W. Moffett, 22, 609 Merriwether St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked and no safety belt.

Arrests

  • Virginia Blissett, 43, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraud-insufficient funds.
  • Jimmy C. White, 17, 21 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for robbery.
  • Blake A. Adams, 26, 2615 Maria Louise Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
  • LaToya Isaac, 21, 3001 Themis St., was arrested on two warrants.
  • Miles R. Walker, 34, 1817 Scotts Lane, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
  • Rose M. White, 55, 522 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon and endangering the welfare of a child.
  • Matthew H. Besand, 22, 920 Penny Ave., was arrested on suspicion of assault.
  • Patricia M. Dickerson of McClure, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • A 13-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.
  • John B. Skelton, 35, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

Summonses

  • Joseph R. Culver Jr., 25, 412 Berchman St. in Jackson, received a summons for assault.
  • Frederick Homes, 17, of Sikeston, Mo., received a summons for stealing and resisting arrest.
  • David A. Dee, 21, 230 N. Ellis St., received a summons for maintaining a disorderly house.
  • Travis W. Waller, 21, 230 N. Ellis St., received a summons for maintaining a disorderly house.
  • Robert E. Kleweno, 33, 136 S. Lorimier St., No. 5, received a summons for property damage.

Assault

  • An assault was reported.

Thefts

  • Rent-A-Center, 2136 William St., reported a failure to return rented property.
  • A theft and property damage were reported at 323 S. Middle St.
  • A theft was reported at 1608 Themis St.
  • Forgery was reported at 325 N. Kingshighway.
  • A theft was reported at 23 S. Sprigg St.
  • Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kings-highway, reported two instances of theft of gasoline.
  • Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

Burglary

  • A picture frame and photo were reported stolen and a door was reported damaged in a burglary at 366 Country Club Drive.

Property damage

  • Tires were reported damaged at 333 N. Park Ave.
  • Tires were reported damaged at Bellevue Street and Pacific Street.
  • A fence was reported damaged at 1006 Sturdivant Ave.

Miscellaneous

  • A dog bite was reported.
  • Child abuse was reported.
  • A suspicious fire was reported.
  • An attempted suicide was reported.
  • Knowingly burning was reported.
  • Resisting arrest/detention was reported.
  • Tampering with a witness, tampering with a victim and violation of a full order of protection was reported.
