Arrests Sandra M. Lowe,24, of 623 Sycamore No. 1, was arrested Sunday on a Scott County warrant for distribution of a controlled substance.
Christopher Van Pelt, 22, of 2842 Independence, No. 13 was arrested Sunday at 2349 Broadway on charges of assault.

Thefts
A grill was reported stolen from 3011 Themis Sunday.
A bicycle was reported stolen at 1027 N. Frederick Sunday.Property Damage
A vehicle window was reported damaged at the intersection of Broadway and Main Sunday.
Burglary A burglary was reported at 1820 N. Main Sunday.
