* Thomas Michael Conway, 19, of 2742 Gordonville Road, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Lucinda Rushing, 33, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Abigail S. Bitter, 22, of Hillsboro, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Jerry Warren Arnold, 40, of 843 N. Main St., was arrested on a Miner warrant for failure to appear and a Butler County warrant for failure to appear.

* Veta Ann Meintz, 45, of 203 N. Park, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

Assault

* An assault was reported at 123 Main St.

* An assault was reported at 1828 Bloomfield St.

* An assault was reported in the 900 block of Jefferson Ave.

Thefts

* A Craftsmen lawnmower was reported stolen from 610 William St.

* A wedding ring was reported stolen from 2218 Brookwood Drive.

* A I-pod was reported stolen from 1328 Butler St.

Burglaries

* A burglary was reported at 1820 Margaret St.

Property Damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 303 Themis St.

* A vehicle window was reported damaged at 354 S. Silver Springs Road.

Trespassing

* A suspect is in custody pending formal charges for trespassing at Arena Park.

Miscellaneous

* Possession of controlled substance and an assault on a law enforcement officer was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St. A suspect is in custody pending formal charges.

* A 38-year-old male subject was put into protective custody.

* A missing person was reported at 424 Louis St.

* A minor in possession of alcohol by consumption was reported at the 2100 block of Audrey Street.
