Tuesday, Aug. 27The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Jim T. Caruth Jr., 41, of 1632 Beaver Trail Drive, Cordova, Tenn., was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Brian L. Cayce, 34, of 803 S. Ellis, was arrested Monday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and failure to use a turn signal.

Stephen K. Lentz, 27, of 144 F Street, was arrested Monday on suspicion of property damage.

Latotia L. Stanback, 27, of 115 Dorothy, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

A subject was placed in custody Sunday pending the filing of formal charges for robbery at 3439 William.

Arteemus J. Davis, 25, of 5908 E. 126th Street, Apt. 5, Grandview, Mo., was arrested Sunday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a weapon.

William H. Evans, 51, of 25 S. Sprigg, Apt. 9, was arrested Monday on two counts of first-degree child molestation.

Amanda K. Kester, 22, of 104 N. Sixth Street, Carondelet, Ill. was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for insufficient checks.

Summons A summons was issued Sunday by the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University to Stephen K. Lentz, 27, of 144 F Street on suspicion of assault.

Assaults A subject was placed in custody Sunday pending the filing of formal charges for domestic assault and stealing.

A 13-year-old female was cited to juvenile court Sunday for assault.

Thefts Music CDs were reported stolen Sunday at 2500 William. Three male juveniles, ages 13 to 14 years, were cited to juvenile court.

A bicycle was reported stolen Sunday at 826 Elm.

A bicycle was reported stolen Monday at 510 N. Fountain.

A historical plaque was reported stolen Monday at East Cape Rock Park.

Cash was reported stolen Monday at Xpress Lube at 460 S. Kingshighway.

Gasoline was reported stolen Monday at Amoco D-Mart at 3276 William.

Miscellaneous A 64-year-old man was reported missing Sunday. He is 5'6" tall, weighs 200 pounds and has gray hair and brown eyes.

A 13-year-old female was cited to juvenile court Sunday for protective custody.

A bicycle was reported found Sunday at 3248 William.
