Randy Dailey, 21, of Elco, Ill., was arrested at 4 p.m. Monday at 40 S. Sprigg on a warrant for failure to appear in court.
Juan Vazquez, 23, of 117 N. Clark was arrested at 5:31 p.m. Tuesday at 3439 William.
Kendall Kight, 33, of 701 E. Rodney was arrested at his residence at 1:51 a.m. Tuesday for assault and leaving the scene of an accident.

Prescription medication was reported stolen from 923 N. Frederick at 3:30 p.m. Monday.
License plates were reported stolen from 231 S. Ellis. at 3:40 a.m. Tuesday.
Speakers and amps were reported stolen and molding reported damaged at 10 a.m. Tuesday from Withers Broadcasting, 901 S. Kingshighway.
Compact discs, a cd case and clothing were reported stolen from 907 Chestnut.
