The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Sharon K. Johnson, 38, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Shelby County, Tennessee, warrant for failure to appear for a seat belt violation.

* Jenise L. Young, 24, 230 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Shelby County, Tennessee, warrant for failure to appear for theft.

* Sharonda E. Boyd, 35, 538 S. Middle St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear.

* Lonnie Chamberlain, 32, 538 N. Middle St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and Sikeston, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing at Bistate, 612 S. Sprigg St.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of a weapon.

Summonses

* Chelsea A. Crader, 26, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was issued a summons for stealing clothing, household items, jewelry, cosmetic items and a steering-wheel cover at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Russell E. Spencer, no age given, of Wickliffe, Kentucky, was issued a summons for failure to stop for a steady red light.

* Sebastian C. Wrinkler, 22, 24 Camellia Drive, was issued a summons for unlawful use of a weapon and driving while revoked.

Burglary

* Burglary was reported at 1733 Delaware Place.

Thefts

* Hunting, fishing and law en- forcement equipment were reported stolen at 37 S. Benton St.

* A license plate was reported stolen at 1142 N. Kingshighway.

* A motor vehicle was reported stolen, an ignition was reported damaged and a window was reported broken at 1410 S. Sprigg St.

* Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported alcohol stolen.

* Theft and fraudulent use of a credit/debit device were reported.

* A wallet and its contents were reported stolen at 110 S. Hanover St.

Assault

* Assault was reported.

Miscellaneous

* A 21-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 53-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Forgery and fraudulently attempting to obtain a controlled substance were reported.

* Ryan L. Sterling, 28, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.

* Lawanda D. Combs, 22, 216 N. Missouri Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.

* Nathan E. Smith Jr., 3463 Armstrong Drive, was arrested for a parole violation for sale of a controlled substance.

* Stacy R. Dudley, 34, of Quincy, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and armed criminal action.

* Kevin D. Dudley, 35, of Hannibal, Missouri, was arrested on a Ralls County, Missouri, warrant for domestic assault.

* Starla D. Beasley, 18, 294 Christine Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to obey judge's orders.
